おはようございます！2日連続で同じ会場でライブなので、機材も物販もセッティングしてあるし、サウンドチェックも無しです。ゆっくり起きてツアーで増えた荷物の整理をしました。午後3時頃に直子と海を見に出かけました。
Good morning! Since we are performing at the same venue two days in a row, we have all the equipment and merchandising set up and no sound check tonight. I woke up late and organized my increased luggage from the tour. Naoko and I went out to see the ocean around 3pm.
かもめが何か食べてる。
The seagull was eating something.
階段を降りてみた。

スペインの帆船では船乗りさんが格闘技？してはりました。
I saw two sailors doing martial arts(?) on a Spanish sailing ship.
お腹が空いてきたのでお店のある方へ歩いて行きました。てくてく。
We were getting hungry and walked toward the restaurant.
イタリアンレストランに入店。ボンゴレビアンコとマルガリータピザを直子と分け分けして食べました。この後5時にりさちゃんと日本食レストランに行く予定にしていたので腹八分目に抑え、ピザの半分は持ち帰りにしました。笑
We entered an Italian restaurant. I shared spaghetti with clams and margarita pizza with Naoko. Since we were planning to go to a Japanese restaurant with Risa at 5:00 p.m. after this, I tried not to eat too much and took half of the pizza home. LOL!
日本食レストラン前でりさちゃんと合流。が、お店は開く気配無し。火曜日は開いてるはずなのだが、昨日が祝日だったから休みの日が変わったのかな、残念。結局先程のイタリアンレストランに舞い戻りました。
We met Risa in front of a Japanese restaurant. But! No sign of the store opening. It’s supposed to be open on Tuesdays, but yesterday was a holiday, so I guess they changed their day off. Eventually, we returned to the Italian restaurant we had just visited.
りさちゃんはステーキとデザートが食べれたので良かったとしよう。私はティラミスとコーヒーを頂きました。
Risa was able to eat steak and dessert, so let’s say it was good. I ate tiramisu and coffee.
レストランを出てホテルまで荷物を取りに帰る途中、チャールズ国王の戴冠式イベントのポスターが貼ってありました。一大イベントやもんね。
そして何故かこけしのディスプレイのお店発見。子供の頃持ってたのとよく似たのがありました。わー。
As we left the restaurant and were on our way back to the hotel to pick up our bags, I saw a poster of King Charles’ coronation event. It’s a big event, isn’t it?
Then, for some reason, I found a store with a display of kokeshi dolls. I found one very similar to the one I had as a child.
そうこうして、7時過ぎに会場へ。

今日も満員御礼。昨日とはセットも少し変えたんだけど(衣装も)、直子が「昨日も来た人はいますか？」って聞いたらお客さんはそれ程被って無かったようでした。多くの人に見てもらえて嬉しいです。ありがとうございました。
Today is another full house. We changed the set a bit from yesterday (and the costumes). Naoko asked if anyone else came yesterday, and the audiences didn’t seem to have come yesterday. I am glad so many people saw our live show. Thank you very much.

振り返ると3月2日のスエーデンのコペンハーゲンから5月2日のイギリスのラムズゲイトまで色々あったなぁ。雪の北欧11日連続ライブに始まり、ドイツ10都市。りさちゃんの誕生日。スイス国境足止め事件。バンの窓破られ事件。イギリス18都市19回ライブ。などなど。どれも忘れられない思い出になりました。そして何より沢山の方々が見に来てくれた事に感謝します！

Looking back, a lot happened from Copenhagen, Sweden on March 2 to Ramsgate, UK on May 2.
Starting with 11 consecutive days of live shows in snowy Scandinavian countries, 10 cities in Germany. Risa’s birthday. Switzerland border. The van window being broken. 19 gigs in 18 cities in the UK. And so on. All of them were unforgettable memories. And most of all, thank you to the many people who came to see Shonen Knife!
