Finally, Shonen Knife European tour began!! I’ll do my best! Let’s go!!!
5月5日、ロサンゼルスを午後7時40分の便でロンドンへ。いつもおむすびを作って持って乗ります。
May 5th. I flew from Los Angeles at 7:40 pm to London. I made rice balls and brought with me.
機内で「万引き家族」、「メリーポピンズリターンズ」と「コードブルー劇場版」を見ました。なのでほとんど寝てません。
I watched some movies. “Shoplifters”, “Mary Poppins returns” and Japanese movie “Code Blue”. I didn’t sleep on an airplane.
5月6日、ロンドンのヒースロー空港に直子とリサちゃんより先に到着。エージェントのジャックさんが出迎えてくれました。ターミナル3からターミナル5に移動して直子達を待ちます。ほどなく彼女たちと合流！
May 6. I arrived at London Heathrow before Naoko and Risa. Our booking agent Jack picked me up. We moved to Terminal and waited Naoko and Risa.
ホテルにチェックイン後はTシャツと預けていたベースの確認をしてスーパーで買ったサーモンの巻き寿司を食べて就寝。
After checked in the hotel, we arranged tour merch. I ate salmon sushi rolls and went to bed.
5月7日、朝からベースの弦を張り替えました。今回は赤のアリアを使用します。
May 7th. I woke up and changed bass strings. I use red Aria bass for this tour.
ジャックさんのオフィスで物販の準備。これが大変疲れました。ジャックさんのアシスタントのタルーラちゃんも手伝ってくれて助かりました。
We organized tour T-shirts and other goods. It made me tired. Jack’s assistant helped us. Thanks!!
ランチ休憩。しょうゆラーメンを食べました。
I had ramen noodles for lunch.
あっという間に6時。機材確認も兼ねてリハーサルを9時までしました。ダンボールを開けて、キャー！新品のオレンジアンプだよー！
Time flies! It’s 6 pm. We went to a rehearsal studio and checked our gears. I’m going to use new Orange head and cabinet!! Wow!!
ホテルに戻って太鼓シリーズの生春巻きを食べてシャワー浴びて就寝。
We had rehearsal until 9 pm. After went back to the hotel, I ate one spring roll. I took a shower and went to bed.
