ホテルをチェックアウトして、シンバルを買いにシカゴのギターセンターへ。
We checked out the hotel and went to Guitar Center, Chicago to buy a cymbal.
あつこは、ベースのストラップを物色中。わたしはケーブル。
Atsuko looked for a guitar strap. I looked for a guitar cable.
ドラムの品揃えいいですね。無事、シンバルを買えました。
There were many drum set. We could buy a cymbal.
その後は、ターゲットへ。服や雑貨や生活用品がメインのスーパー。生鮮は少ないですが食品も売っています。
After that, we dropped at Target. They sell many items for your daily life and some grocery except some perishable food.
お店に入る一行。

ターゲットの前の駐車場に停まっていたトラック。よく見ると「ビンボーブレッド」やて。パンの絵は美味しそうやけど。
I saw a truck at the parking. It says Bimbo bread. Bimbo means poor or destitute. The picture of pastry looks yummy, though.
ターゲットでの戦利品。スパゲティ作るぞー。
I bought these at Target. I will make spaghetti!
車内で、ミツワで買ったパンにターゲットで買ったモツァレラチーズをはさんでマヨネーズかけて、サンドイッチにして食べました。おいしい！
I ate mozzarella mayo sandwich which I made in the van. The bread was from Mitsuwa and Mozzarella was from Target. Yum!
料金所を抜けて
Driving through toll,
走っていたら、やばい車発見。うす汚れたベッドのマットか風圧でペコペコ動いてた！危険やで。
I found a weird car. A little dirty meatless were waved by wind. Dangerous.
立ち寄ったガソリンスタンドにて。お花売ってるの、よく見かける。日本じゃほとんど見かけないね。
At a gas station. I sometimes see flowers are selling. We usually don’t have it at gas stations in Japan.
車内が荷物でいっぱいだー！Bluetooth キーボード、今回役立っています。スマホで文字を打つのが早くできる。
Many things occupied the van.Bluetooth keyboard is useful this time. I can type letters quickly.
まーっすぐの道を通ってアーバナ着。
Driving through long straight roads, we arrived at Urbana.
ステキなホテルです。

There is Starbucks at the lobby.
ホテルを出て、プライベートパーティーで演奏するためのラインチェックをしに、イリノイ州立大学キャンパスへ。
Went to University of Illinois for line check of a private party.
キャンパスは、町が一つすっぽり入るぐらい広くて、一面芝生です。
Huge campus are covered by lawn.
建物はレンガが基調。
Buildings are made of bricks.
会場にて。ドラムセットとアンプはレンタルします。今日のアンプ。フェンダーツイン。

広い！芝生すごい！
Huge! Green!
一旦ホテルの部屋に帰って、日本から持参のどん兵衛で、腹ごしらえ。そして、衣装に着替えてから会場へ。
We went back to the hotel and I ate Donbei, instant Udon noodles from Japan. I changed into the costume and went to the venue.
控え室にて5678’sの皆さんと。この日は5678’sが10分演奏してその後、我々が10分演奏する流れ。5678’sの皆さんとは何と20年以上ぶりの再会！控え室で、おしゃべりさせてもらいました。
At the dressing room with 5678’s. They had 10 min. set then we would play 10 min. I saw them first time after over 20 years! We talked each other.
ローストビーフサラダ弁当を出していただきました。おしゃれ〜！おいしかったです。
Roast beef bento box were served. Beautiful and yum.
今回のイベントのために作ったラベルだそうです。オーガナイザーの方から女の子3人で少年ナイフみたいでしょう？って言ってもらいました。かわいいね！
メッセージは、「一日一歩」、「未来」です。
Special labeled beer for this event. The organiser told us that these labels are specially made for this event and said three girls reminds Shonen Knife. Cute label.
