10月1日(水)「Fitzgerald’s」ヒューストン
朝ホテルを出て、水上道路を通ってニューオリンズからヒューストンへ。
We left the hotel in the morning and getting through the roads on the water, arrived at Houston.
おやつにハッシュドポテト。
Got hushed potato for my snack.
途中「ドライブスルー」の銀行に寄った。ドライブスルーとは言うものの手続きに時間を要し、車内にて根気よく待つこと約30分以上。結局ヒューストンの会場には午後6時到着。暑くて湿度が高い。日本の夏のよう。
到着前の車内にて電話インタビューを受けるも蚊が乱入。避けるために毛布をかぶって電話してたらどっと汗かいた。
We dropped at a “drive through” bank. It was drive through but it took so long. We had to wait in our van over 30 minutes. Finally arrived at the venue in Houston on 6:00pm. It was so hot and humid like Japanese summer.

陽気なオープニングアクトの「ジャイアントキティー」の皆さんと記念撮影。
We took a picture with the opening band “Giant Kitty”. They are friendly!
夕食は出前でベトナム料理を。ライブの時間が迫っていたので、少しだけ頂いて後はホテルへ持ち帰り。
Delivered Vietnamese for dinner. I ate a little and took the left over to the hotel because the showtime was coming soon.
今日もまた熱いお客さんと楽しく盛り上がりました。アンコールのリクエストは「Konnichiwa」でした。ありがとう！
We could have a good time with cheerful audience. For the encore, we took a request and played “Konnichiwa”.
