朝5時に目が覚めて、寝付けないままベットに居たら、お腹が空いてきた。朝食が始まる6時になったので、食堂へ。
セルフで焼くワッフルを半分サイズで作りました。久しぶりのアメリカのホテル朝食ワッフル、おいしかった！
I wake up at 5 am and stayed in bed an hour. I got hungry and went to dining because it became a start time of the breakfast.
I made half sized waffle. I had it first time after a long time. It was yummy.
10時にホテルを出て、途中でシナモンシュガープレッツェルを食べました。おいしい。朝から甘い炭水化物ばっかり食べてるなぁ。
Left the hotel at 10 am . Dropped at a highway stop and bought cinnamon pretzel. Yum. I took too much carbohydrates.

会場のTHE HAUNT到着。楽屋のケータリングに特大ポテチが。ここの会場では、2年前も演奏しました。
Arrived at THE HAUNT. Big potato chips at the dressing room. We played here 2 years ago.
サウンドチェックの後、ドラムヘッドにお絵描き。

その後一旦ホテルにチェックイン。我らがサウンドマン、Johnが、宿帳に記入中。プレゼントしたたこ焼きマスコットをつけてくれています。
We checked in the hotel after that. Our sound man John was writing a hotel register. He put Takoyaki mascot character which I gave him on his bag.
ホテル近くのウェグマンズというスーパーマーケットへ行きました。ここのスーパー、美味しいものたくさん売ってます。大好き！
We went to Wegman’s mere by. It’s a supermarket which sell delicious foods. I like this supermarket a lot.
もうハロウィンか~！ハロウィン商戦開始。
Soon Halloween?! Halloween business started.
餅アイス、アメリカで定番。雪見だいふくみたいなん。袋に入ってへんのか〜。
Mochi ice cream is popular in the US. Not in bags?!
Wegman’sで、アメリカのお寿司を買ってホテルのお部屋で、日本から持参のナスのおみそ汁とともに食べました。
I ate American sushi from Wegman’s with miso soup of eggplant from Japan at the hotel room.

本日のフロントアクト、Mill Basters。ハードコアな感じ。多分一緒にライブするの二回目。
Today’s support band is Mill Basters. Hard core band. I’m sure it is the second time to play with them.
物販で、メンバー手作りのチリソースを販売してはります。食品、しかも手作りというのは珍しい。
They sell handmade chili sauce. It’s rare to sell food at merch table. And handmade.
今回は、着替えマントを買いました。社交ダンスの大会の時や災害時とかに使う用に売っているものです。便利この上ない！
I bought changing clothes long poncho. It’s sold for changing clothes at social dance contest or emergency. It’s very convenient!

Atsuko and I made Onigiri rice balls at the hotel room using microwave.
I brought “Chibikuro-Chan” rice cooker. I bought it for the tour last year.
あつことホテルの部屋で、ちびくろちゃんを使って電子レンジでご飯を炊き、おにぎりを作りました。
ちびくろちゃんは、前回のツアーで初めて使ったよ。↓
今回は、100均の耐熱プラスチック容器も日本から持参。Wegman’sで買ったスパゲティの細麺を半分に折って、少なめにお水を入れて電子レンジで6、7分加熱。
I brought heat-resistant plastic container which I bought at 100 yen shop in Japan. I cut thin spaghetti which is from Wegman’s into 2 pieces and put into the container. Pour some water and microwaved for 6 or 7 minutes.
同じくWegman’sで買ったトマトソースと絡めて、チーズをのせたて、いただきまーす！美味しすぎ！
お腹いっぱいでおやすみなさい。
Mixed with tomato sauce from Wegman’s and put cheese on it. It was so delicious! I was full and went to bed.
