本日の朝ごはん会場にはこのようなものが置いてあったので、いただきました。実際に食べたのはジャムドーナツとフルーツとコーヒーと。ジャムの色がかなり人工的だったのでそこは外しといた。笑
I got these at the hotel’s breakfast. I actually ate jam donut, cut fruits and a cup of coffee. The color of jam was artificial and I took off them. lol
ワシントンDCから、ノースカロライナのチャペルヒルへ、移動途中バーガーキングで王冠を被りました。いちびってるところ。

お昼ご飯として、車中で、ミツワマーケット内のパン屋さん、濱田屋で買ったクルミデニッシュと前日の晩に部屋で作ったおにぎりを食べました。
We dropped at Burger King on the way from Washington DC to Chapel Hill and tried to put crown on my head. Just joking.
I had walnut danish bread from Japanese mart and a rice ball which I made at hotel room last night.
ホテルに入ってすぐお米を浸けたのち、会場へ。
After checking in, I soak the rice. Then we went to the venue.

今日もドラムヘッドアートを製作。
あつ子作。ロケットにのってがテーマと見受けられ。きちっと計画的に描かれていますね。
We made ‘Drum Head Art’ today as usual.
This is drawn by Atsuko. It seems that the theme is ‘Riding on the Rocket’. Well planned drawing.

サウンドチェック後の晩ご飯は、2015年と同じく会場の隣のインド料理やさんへ。注文したメニューもほぼ同じ。前回はバターチキンカレー２つ頼んだと思うけど、今回はバターチキンカレーとエビカレー。エビカレーは、トマトベースでおいしかったです。
Atsuko, Risa and I went to the same Indian restaurant next to the venue as 2015. We shared butter chicken curry and shrimp curry. Shrimp curry sauce was based tomatoes and it was delicious.
ライブは、月曜日にもかかわらず、よくお集まりいただきました。お馴染みのお客さんもたくさんおられてとてもフレンドリーなライブだったのではないでしょうか。みなさんありがとうございます！ pic by Miyoko
In spite of Monday night, there was a good crowd. Some people were our long time fans. Thank you so much! The audience was so friendly!
翌日は移動日でライブがないので、会場のバーから、ビールをいただきました。ダークビールで、苦味が効いてて、アルコール分は7パーセントでした。なかなかいけます。
The next day of this show would be a travel day. There would be no show and I had beer from the bar at the venue. It was dark beer and tastes bitter. Alcohol was 7%. Good.
ホテルに帰って早速、浸けていたお米を電子レンジに。こんなにふんわりと焚けた！
After I came back to the hotel, I put steamed rice cooker into a microwave. What a nice one!
混ぜ込みひじきを惜しみなく投入しサクッと混ぜます。
おにぎり完成！南部に来て気候が暖かくなって来たので冷蔵庫にて保管。翌日の道中弁当に。アメリカのホテルは、電子レンジと冷蔵庫が部屋にある所が多いので助かります。
Put seaweed and sesame seasoning and mixed softly. I made rice balls. It’s getting hot and I put them into the refrigerator. They are for my breakfast and lunch. It’s helpful for me that hotels in the US regularly have a microwave and refrigerator in room.
