８月８日（水） Tractor Tavern, Seattle, WA
朝からブログのアップなどして、昼ごはんは「宇和島屋」で買っていた「どん兵衛」。てんぷら投入しない派です。おそばを食べつつ、てんぷらをかじるのが好きです。
In the morning, I updated my blog and ate instant soba noodles which I bought at Uwajimaya for lunch. I don’t put tempura into soup. I like to eat crispy tempura. I bite it.
りつこさん、えみさん、John,とRyanが４時にホテル到着。長いドライブお疲れ様でした。そして会場へ向かいました。
Ritsuko, Emi, John and Ryan arrived at the hotel at 4:00p.m. Thanks for long driving. We went to the venue.
サウンドチェック後に食べた夕食は、ベジタリアンタイ料理のお店で、わたしは豆腐イエローカレーを注文。またまた濃厚なおいしさ。お豆腐が、蒸し豆腐か揚げ豆腐を選べるところがナイス。もちろん、蒸し豆腐を選択。
After sound check, we had dinner at a vegetarian Thai food restaurant. I ordered Tofu Yellow Curry. It was heavy and tasted good. We could select steamed tofu or fried tofu. Of course I chose steamed tofu.
会場のTractor Tavernの近所はおしゃれなお店がたくさん。わたしが近所散策に出かけたときは、時間的に飲食店以外は店じまいしていましたが。
The neighbors of Tractor Tavern were a fashionable area. When I walked around, all shops were closed other than restaurants and bars.
ライブの方は、すごく、すごく盛り上がりました。お客さんみんなリズムに合わせてノリノリ。物販コーナーは、Ｔシャツはもちろん、マグカップやマフラータオルも大人気でした。アイルランド人やオーストラリア人やカナダ人のお客さん、日本人のお客さんも来てくださっていて、うれしかったです。みなさん、ありがとう。
Many people there were ROCK! Everybody was dancing. Not only T-shirts but mug cups and scarf towel were poplar at merch table. There were people from Ireland, Australia, Canada and Japan. It was very international. I was so happy. Thanks everybody!!!
