ライブ盤とトリビュート盤、リリースされた。紙ジャケってのがレコードっぽくて気に入ってるぜー。

先日スタジオで個人練習した。その時撮った写真。Mars、火星？

Live in Osaka and SK tribute albums were released in Japan. I like the CD jackets. They are paper jackets like mini vinyl record jackets.

I rehearsed by myself at studio. I took this picture there.

世の中はサッカーワールドカップに沸いているらしいが、わたしはなんといってもローランギャロス、テニスのフレンチオープンなんだなー。ナダルとフェデラーの男子シングルス決勝、いい試合やった。わたしはナダルを応援してたんだなー。ワイルドなところがカッコイイよねー。次、ウインブルドンでどんな活躍するかな。

Everybody in Japan is excited about world cup soccer but I’m excited about Roland-Garros, French Open Tennis. Men’s singles final match, Nadal vs Federer was great. I like Nadal a lot and I wanted him to be a champion. He is wild and cool. I hope he will do a good job at Wimbledon.

こないだの日曜、京都の磔磔へライブを見に行った。大阪で何かと用があったもんで、京都に着いてダッシュして磔磔行ったらVampire!の1曲目が始まってた。

Vampire!は変拍子を駆使した曲が多いけど、ノリが良く、踊れますな。いい味してます。Vampire!とその後に出たUltra Bideは、昔からのお友達バンド。ツインベースとドラムのUltra Bideはとてもはじけてたよ！アメリカアングラっぽい匂いがして良かった。それからZingiも見ましたが、どのバンドもとてもリラックスして楽しく見せてもらいました。ああ、いいなぁ。こういう「身内系」ライブって。

I went to a club called Taku Taku in Kyoto last Sunday to see Vampire! and Ultra Bide, my friends bands.

I had my private business in Osaka and wheb I rushed to the venue, the first song of Vampire! had already started. Their rythm is very special and their music is danceable. Cool! I also saw Ultra Bide, too. They are twin bass and drums. I felt an essense of American underground music. They were cool, too! I saw Zingi between these two bands. All bands were cool and fun. I enjoyed Sunday night.

今日、家の廊下からリビングの窓際へ行った時のこと、やたらぽかぽかしてるので、お天気が晴れてきたらてきめん暑くなるなぁ、と思った。いや、待てよ、でもこの熱気は太陽からだけのものじゃないぞ。なんだか異常だぞー。ひょっとして外が火事？！やっぱりそうやー！わたし焦げちゃうぞー。大慌てで電話の子機を取ってきて、消防署へ通報するため、火元を探すべく周りを見回した。

ぎゃーぁぁぁーっ。エアコンの暖房スイッチが点いていたぁーーーっ！チャンチャン。

When I got in the living room and approached to the window, I felt it was getting warmer because of the sun was started to shine. But wait! I felt it was a little strange. Too hot. Can’t be true!!! Is it a fire? Oh no!!! Then I rushed to take an extension of the phone and searched the origin of the fire to report to the firehouse.

Ahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!! The air-conditioner of heating was on!

「たこせん」知ってる？わたし「たこせん」大好き！楕円形の海老せんべい、もしくは蛸せんべいに、おたふくソースみたいなタイプのソースかけて、天かす、マヨネーズ、青海苔の順でトッピングしていくのだー。浪速ジャンクフードの極みやね。

Do you know Tako-sen? Tako means an octopus and Sen is a shortened form of Senbei. Senbei means a kind of cracker. I love Tako-sen a lot. It’s an oval shrimp or octopus taste cracker topped with BBQ sause, fried flower, mayonnaise and green river seaweed. It’s so tasty. It is a famous junk food in Osaka.

I’ve just ordered new stickers. We’ll bring them to 712 day party shows in July at merchant. I also making muffler towels and new caps, too. Have Fun!

先週月曜、eastern youth見た。先日日曜Beat Crusaders見た。どちらも男らしいすばらしいライブでした。終わってからmeet & greetした。みなさんお元気そうで何よりだー。

I went to see two Japanese rock bands last week. One is eastern youth another is Beat Crusaders. Their shows were fun. I did meet & greet after the show. Everybody looks fine.

全仏オープンテニス始まってるねー。わたしは「有料放送」に入ってないから試合は見れないけど、ネットでニュースはチェックしてます。1回戦で第3シードのペトロワを破った森上選手が最近ブログを始めてて、2回戦で負けた後「秒殺された」って書いてたんで笑ってしまったなー。おもしろい表現だなー。大阪出身やからなー。関西勢の森上選手や浅越選手、ウインブルドンではがんばってほしーです。

I check the news about French Open Tennis 2006 through internet recently. I don’t have pay channel and can’t watch the matches on TV. Akiko Morigami who beated Petrova, the 3rd seeded, at the first round was beaten at the second round by U.S. player. She started weblog from a few month ago and said that Byo-satsu after the 2nd round match. The Japanese slang Byo-satsu means beaten very quickly. I think this expression is fun and cool. She is from Osaka the same as me. People from Osaka like to use fun expression.

I hope Morigami and Asagoe, the Kansai player will do their best at Wimbledon.

某日、テニスのミックスダブルスで草トーナメントに出て惨敗した。何とかテニスがうまくなる方法はないものか。もともとわたしの運動能力は世の中の平均より劣っているようだしなぁ。そこを何とか頭脳で勝負、と思っても相手の方が慣れてるんだな、これが。どこかで修行したいもんだな。アメリカでテニス留学、なーんてね。でも、基礎の運動がキライなんだからどうしようもないかー。うむー。

The other day, I joined mix doubles of an amateur tennis tournament. Then I was beaten up. I’d like to know how can I do for getting a high level technique of tennis. My athletics abilities are lower than the avarave, I think. I wanted to cover my motor nerve by my brains. But other players are more skilled. I want to go to America for tennis lessons. But anyway, I’m very lazy for doing the basic training. No one can help... Hmmmm.....

インドネシアで地震があったなー。ちょっとでも何かできればなぁと思います。日本もやたら蒸し暑いので気をつけないとな。

ナイフグッズ、こんどはマフラータオル作りたいなー。サッカーの応援とかでヨーロッパの人とかが使ってるらしいです。わたし、サッカーは全然みないのでわからんとですが、夏にぴったりだな、タオルは。

写真は、昨年、シカゴのテレビ番組Chica-go-goに出たときにもらった記念の盾（たて）です。「もっとも遠いところから来たで賞」という賞です。面白いね。

ああ、相手の立場に立って、広い視野で物事を見つめたいです。しみじみ。

There was an earthquake in Indonesia. I can’t do much but I’d like to support. It’s very hot in Japan compared with usual year. We should be careful for the earthquake.

I want to make long sport towels for Shonen Knife merchant. I’ve heard that European football supporter use such kind of long towels. I don’t know much about soccer football but I think towels are good items for summer season.

This photo is a plate that we’ve got it when we attended a TV program called Chica-go-go in Chicago last year. It’s Furthest traveled award!. Sounds fun!

Ah, I’d like to be a person who can think of others...

先週の金土、5月25日と26日、東京プロモ行って来た。朝5時半に起きて、7時30分の「のぞみ」に乗って江戸へ。午前11時から夕食の休憩挟んで午後10時過ぎまでみっちりインタビュー、対談、写真撮影。しゃべりすぎて喉が痛くなったー。でも、わたしってしゃべるの遅いって人によく言われるんです。夜はくたくたになってすぐ就寝。でも、忘れちゃったけど変な夢いっぱい見た。

翌日も午前11時半から午後7時半までみっちり。なんとか終わって東京駅に向かい、駅近くでお蕎麦を食す。おいしかった。あっという間に帰りの乗車時間になって、ホームへ。大阪に着いて終電で家に帰ったら爆睡。

あ、こんなのって詳細版って程でもないかー。ははは。どの媒体に記事がでるのかは追ってお知らせしまーす。

I went to Tokyo for promotion on May 25 and 26, Thursday and Friday. I got up at 5:30 in the morning and went to Shin-Osaka station and got 7:30 Nozomi super express bound for Tokyo on 25th. Interviews were started from 11:00 a.m. I only had an hour break for dinner and it was finished around 10:00 p.m. I’ve got very tired and went to sleep soon but I had strange dreams.

The next day, I also had interviews from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. After all of them, I went to Tokyo station and had Soba noodles at a soba restaurant in the neighbours. It was delicious. The departure time of the train came soon and went back to Osaka. After I arrived my home, I was very tired and slept quickly.

Anyway, I’ll inform the name of magazines that I had interviews soon.

東京へプロモーションに行って来た。真島昌利氏、甲本ヒロト氏、ビートクルセイダースのヒダカトオル氏とそれぞれ雑誌の記事のための対談をした。みんなステキだったよ。

大阪行きの新幹線に乗る前に、お蕎麦を食べた。おいしかった！お蕎麦とお寿司は大阪より東京の方がおいしいね。また追って東京出張リポートの詳しいバージョンをアップしますね。

I’ve been to Tokyo for promotion. I talked with Masatoshi Mashima, Hiroto Komoto and Toru Hidaka of Beat Crusaders separetely for magazine’s stories. Everybody was so cool and lovely guy. It was so fun.

I ate Soba noodle just before taking a bullet train bound for Osaka. It was delicious. I think Soba noodle and Sushi in Tokyo more delicious than Osaka. I’ll update more details of my Tokyo trip soon.

A few days ago, I saw the Rolling Stones Hyde Park Concert on TV. I remember it was in 1968. Just 2 days ago of the concert, Brian Johnes passed away. It was a free concert and the promoter said more than 100,000 people was gathered but I think the sound system in 1968 was not so progressed like now. I’m sure just a few thousand people around the stage can listen the music

Anyway, I want to say. I found Joey Ramone in the video. I don’t know it was Joey or not but a man looks like Joey was dancing around the stage when the band was playing Satisfaction. The man was dancing at the staff area. Don’t you know the truth? Was it Joey?

先日、NHK-BS2の番組「黄金のライブ」でローリングストーンズ、ライブアットハイドパークを見た。1968年のライブだそうです。そのライブのほんの2日前にブライアン・ジョーンズが死亡したのだと。そのライブは、フリーコンサートで主催者発表では10万人が集まったということだけど、ホントかな。いずれにせよ、当時のPAシステムじゃステージ周りの数千人しか音楽を聴くことができなかっただろう。

ともかく、そのコンサートでジョーイ・ラモーンらしき人を見かけたのだ！！！バンドが「サティスファクション」を演奏してるときに、スタッフエリアで踊っている一人の男性が映し出されて、それがどうもジョーイに似てるんだな。ジョーイなんだろうかどうだろうか、誰か知らない？

デモテープっつうかデモCD-RっつうかデモMDっつうか、なんて言ったらいいのかな、とにかくデモをよく頂きます。ものすごーくたくさん頂くので、全部聞くには何年かかかるだろうか、というぐらいでごわす。時間のあるときには順次聴くようにしとりますが、なかなか多忙ゆえままなりません。そのへんをご了承おねげえします。すんませんでごわす。m(--)m

I often get demo tapes. It’s so often and so many then I may need a few years to listen everything. I’m trying to listen them when I have a spare time but it goes very slow because usually I’m very busy. I’m sorry about that...

I saw two people riding on Segways at the subway station in Osaka. Every people around there was talking about it after the segway people went through. The two people seemed American and they carried suitcases using Segway.

今日、地下鉄の乗り換え通路でセグウェイを見た。2名のアメリカ人と見られる人が乗ったままスーツケースを運んでた。見かけた人はみんな「あれな、テレビうつっとったやろー」なんて噂していた。ま、健康の為歩くことは必要だよね。へへ。
