Passing through these kind of places, we drove from Stirling to Manchester.
途中で寄ったサービスエリアは、英国で唯一の、チェーン店に属していない独立店舗だってペップ兄貴が言ってた。
Pep said that this track stop was the only one independent service in the UK.
中のお店もなかなかおしゃれ。

マンチェスターの宿到着。
ジャックのお母様手作りのタブレットというお菓子を１つ、紅茶とともに。生キャラメルの一歩手前、豆板の豆がないやつ、みたいな感じ。すごーくおいしい！
Arrived at a hotel in Manchester.
I had a piece of Tablet which made by Jack’s mother with a cup of tea at the hotel. It’s between sugar and caramel. So delicious.
こちらは、お母様手作りのショートブレッド。全英どこのショートブレッドよりもおいしいのではなかろうか。香ばしい。
This is her hand made shortbread. I think this is the best shortbread in the UK. Tasty.
それから、部屋でマグカップどん兵衛も食べた。
I also ate mug cup Donbei instant Udon noodles.
会場到着！去年も出してもらったNight & Dayです。
Arrived at the venue, Night & Day where we played last year, too.

一通り、ライブの準備を終えて、夕食は去年に引き続き、またまた、昇竜ラーメンへ。
After preparation for our show, we went to Shoryu Ramen restaurant for dinner. We came here last year, too.

メニューから、おにぎりは無くなってた。夜食用に持ち帰りしようと思ってたのに残念！
They stopped serving rice balls. We wanted to order rice balls to take away but we couldn’t.
餃子頼んだ。おいしい。
I ordered Gyoza. Tasty.
昇竜ラーメン。焼き豚が柔らかい！
And Shoryu Ramen. Yakibuta pork was so tasty.
