今日は長時間移動。朝9:30にアルバカーキを出発。

It’s a long drive day. We left Albuquerque at 9:30 in the morning. 

アルバカーキからトゥーソンへは砂漠エリアを走ります。

We get through desert area from Albuquerque to Tucson. 

途中、お昼ご飯はLotaburgerで。

We had lunch at Lotaburger. 

何頼もうかな？

What shall I order?

私はキッズメニューからグリルドチーズサンド。子供がこれ全部食べたら太るんちゃう？

I ordered grilled cheese set from Kids Menu. I think this is a little big portion for kids. 

こんな所を通って、

Driving through place,

丘を越えて、

Got through hills,

長いまーっすぐの道を通って、

Drove long straight road,

小さな竜巻を見たり、

Looking a little tornado,

岩山を見たりしながらやっとホテルに到着。休憩込みの7時間半かかった。ケニーとジェイク、運転おつかれさん！

そして、会場191 Toole到着して搬入。車をおりたら、熱々の地面の照り返しを感じた！乾燥していて暑いです。

Then we loaded in at today’s venue 191 Toole. I felt the hot reflection of the ground. It was very dry and hot.

何だかがらんとしています。

There are many empty places. 

AT&Tが向かいにあった。NTTのビルみたい。

There was AT&T building. It looks like Japanese NTT building. 

裏口。こっちって必ず壁画描いてるな。

夕食は、ケニー、ジェイクとメンバーで車に乗ってメキシコ料理のファストフード店へ。読み方は、エルクエロカネーロっちゅうのかな？

Kenny,Jake and the band went to a Mexican fast food place El Cuero Canelo by car. 

このお店はアメリカのグルメ番組に出て人気出たらしい。ガラス張りの店内は広い。

This place got popular after it was on food program of TV. It was huge with glass walls and windows. 

タコスを注文。メキシコ産グレープフルーツ味のソーダも。アメリカはお砂糖と言えばコーンシロップだけど、メキシコはサトウキビのお砂糖わ使っていると言うことで、アメリカ人にとってはメキシコ産のドリンクが人気との事。でも、これは何のお砂糖かはわかりません。

I ordered Tacos. Mexican grapefruit soda, too. Talking about sugar, it’s corn syrup in thyU.S. but sugar cane in Mexico. That why Mexican soda is popular to theU.S. people. I don’t know which was used for this soda. 

りさちゃんがお店の前の屋台で買って来たチュロスをいただきました。めちゃウマ！今まで食べたチュロスの中で一番かも。こちそうさん！

I had churros which Risa bought. So yummy! It was the most delicious churros I’ve ever had. 

会場に戻って、フロントアクトの演奏が始まりました。ディーヴォみたいなテイストが入って楽しいバンドです。バンド名がわからなかった。

We came back to the venue and the front act started to play. It looked like DEVO a bit. I like this. I can’t find their band name, though. 

そして、会場に戻って、出陣準備完了！

まだ火曜日なのにたくさんのお客さんが来てくださいました。そして、我々の曲に合わせて手を揺らすようにお願いしたらほぼ全員がそうして下さって、何とやさしいこと！私も楽しませてもらいました。ありがとう！

There were big audience who were so cooperative to us because most of all people waved their hand along our songs when I asked. Thank you so much! I had a good time, too!

終演後、りんごのお酒を少しいただきました。甘くておいしかった。

I had apple cider a litter after show. It was sweet and tasty.
